1. Agreement to Terms

By submitting an application, booking a call, or engaging with our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this site or submit an application.

2. Services Description

Arenas Growth Consulting, LLC ("AGC") provides growth strategy consulting, funnel development, creative production, paid acquisition management, and related services. Specific deliverables are outlined in individual agreements or statements of work.

3. Application Process

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance into any program or engagement. AGC reviews each application and determines fit based on criteria including budget, decision-making authority, growth stage, and alignment with our methodology.

If your application is not accepted for a diagnostic call, you may reapply when circumstances change.

4. Pricing and Payment

All pricing is disclosed before engagement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due before work begins. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

Sprint pricing is fixed for the 30-day period. Ongoing services, if offered, are billed monthly and may be canceled with written notice as specified in your agreement.

5. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information, responding to requests in a timely manner, and implementing recommendations within your control. Results depend on execution, market conditions, and factors outside AGC's control.

6. Intellectual Property

Materials, frameworks, and deliverables created by AGC remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred. You receive a license to use deliverables for your business operations.

Your business data, offer details, and confidential information remain yours and will not be shared without consent.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential business information shared during engagement. This includes financial data, funnel metrics, customer information, and strategic plans.

8. Disclaimers

AGC does not guarantee specific results. Earnings, revenue, profit, leads, booked calls, return on ad spend, or advertising outcomes are not guaranteed. Examples and case studies are illustrative.

Results depend on your offer, market, budget, implementation, team, and other factors. Paid advertising involves risk and may not be profitable.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AGC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from services or use of this site. Total liability is limited to fees paid for services in the 12 months preceding any claim.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice as specified in your agreement. Fees paid for work completed are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Changes are effective when posted with a revised date.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Hillsborough County, Florida.
